📦 Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are usually shipped within 10–14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹4000.

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Will be calculated at checkout depending on order weight and delivery location.

  • COD Available: Yes, with an additional ₹100 COD charge.

  • Accurate Address Matters: Please ensure your contact number and address (including pincode) are correct for smooth delivery.

  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier services across India. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Product-Specific Timelines: Some products may have longer dispatch times due to festive rush or made-to-order nature. This will be mentioned on individual product pages.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Since all outfits are pre-made, we do not accept returns unless there's a genuine issue.

We do offer size exchange, provided:

  • The new size is available

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

If your required size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 60 days.

📦 Shipping for exchanges is to be borne by the customer (both ways).

Exchange not applicable for:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Orders with incorrect address or delivery refusal

  • Minor variations in color or size typical of handcrafted clothing

💔 Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?

We’re so sorry! Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Send your order ID and clear pictures on:

  3. If approved after review, we’ll send a replacement. If not available, we’ll issue a refund or credit note

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it

  • Refund will be issued as a credit note (valid for 2 months)

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Our products are handcrafted with love — small variations in color, size, or detailing are part of their charm, not defects.

  • Orders from third-party websites or stores cannot be returned or exchanged via our website.
