Our outfits are ready-to-ship and lovingly made for kids from 3 months to 9 years.

  • We aim to display product images and colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences or natural lighting.

  • Every item is handcrafted by skilled artisans, so minor variations in color, lace placement, or finish are part of the charm — not defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of GST.

  • Product availability, pricing, and offers may change without prior notice.

  • In rare cases, if an error occurs (e.g. pricing or stock issue), we may cancel the order and notify you immediately.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing your order:

  • You’ll get an email confirmation

  • Your order is considered accepted unless we inform you of any issues (like payment failure, incorrect address, etc.)

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, and content on our website belong to Nivansh. Reproducing or using them without permission is not allowed.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them

  • Refund will be issued as a credit note, valid for 2 months

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Returns & Exchange

We only accept size exchanges in eligible cases. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Nivansh is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by external factors (e.g., courier delays, weather, strikes).

  • Please check fabric details — we are not liable for allergies or skin sensitivity related to materials used.

These terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
